Neopor® heater – the new word in thermal insulation.
The heater of Neopor® is an innovative solution from the BASF company for improvement of quality of thermal insulation at construction of new houses and reconstruction of the existing structures. Neopor® is a made foam granulate of polymer (EPS). Polyfoams on the basis of Neopor® of silver-gray color, as in their structure graphite which significantly increases heat-insulating properties of material.

Universal application: Building constructions where restriction on heater thickness is provided, for example, at reconstruction of the existing structures, there is an opportunity to establish plates of a heater by thickness, smaller in comparison with traditional materials, without prejudice to heat-insulating properties. Result: essential economy in energy consumption.
Quality: Heater plates on the basis of Neopor® do not collapse from time and do not decay, they are steady against loadings and do not get out of a shape. They substantially possess water-repellent properties and only in insignificant degree absorbs moisture.
Fire safety: Heaters on the basis of Neopor® are made according to requirements of the European norms of DIN EN 13163 and have the fire resistance class corresponding to an euroclass E according to DIN EN 13501-1 and B1 according to DIN 4102.
Application: Installation of plates of a heater on the basis of Neopor® does not demand a lot of time and does not depend on weather conditions. It is easy to cut plates, and to grind their edges, material does not burn out under the influence of sunshine. During laying or processing of plates there is no dust, there are no allergic reactions at the person.
Sound insulation: Plastic plates of thermal insulation on the basis of Neopor® except thermal insulation can bear the soundproofing function in buildings.
